Classes and times are listed below. Please ensure you book onto the right session from those available in the calendar. All sessions take place in the sportshall. Please follow signs from the car park.

Circuits in the park

Circuits in the Park

Join Chelsi Langsford for our new Circuits in the Park classes. This is an excellent way to improve cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength endurance.

Circuit training will elevate your heart rate and keep it high through the entire circuit due to the short rest periods, large muscles being worked together and a combination of upper, lower and whole body exercises.

Croxley Keep Fit

Tailored Circuits class for the older adult, providing a great opportunity to get a bit fitter and meet new people in an informal, friendly environment.

Targeting different elements of fitness such as cardiovascular health (heart and lung function), core stability (abdominal muscles) and build strength.

Tai Chi combines deep breathing and relaxation with flowing movements. Regular practice has many health benefits including better balance and improved fitness, increased energy and relaxed body and mind.  This tailored session can be completed from a seated or standing position

Tai Chi is an ancient form of exercise that strengthens the body,relaxes the mind and lifts the spirit through combining deep breathing and relaxation with flowing movements.  including better balance and improved fitness. 
 
Tai Chi and Meditation are great tools to improve individual health and well-being for all ages. These teachings can be learned and integrated into everyday life, helping to relieve stress, attain balance and promote self-confidence.
